Overview:
Wushiland Boba is seeking a Business Development Associate to promote our brand, build client relationships, and identify new business opportunities for our company-owned stores and franchise businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Expand and grow existing accounts for franchise business development
• Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Maintain relationships with landlords and third-party vendors
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with executives, supporting HQ departments, store management teams, and franchisees
• Coordinate and execute all business development activities in a timely manner
• Work with the outsourced marketing company to ensure effective marketing strategies across all stores
• Create proposals and presentation materials

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate development is a plus
• 2+ years of experience in retail or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major
• Understanding of HR and financial management concepts
• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrates clear logic and a proactive, ambitious attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
